To report a problem or get help with a JAI camera, please open a support ticket at https://support.jai.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Once you have submitted the form, you will automatically receive a ticket reference in your e-mail inbox. JAI will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your issue.
You can also send an e-mail to email@example.com. When you have sent an e-mail to our support system, you will receive an activation link in your e-mail inbox. After validation you will automatically receive a support reference number via e-mail.
