The CV-A1 is a monochrome area scan camera providing 1.4-megapixel resolution (1380 x 1035), but over a unique analog progressive scan interface (non-interlaced). It features the Sony ICX205 CCD for excellent image quality at a frame rate of 16 fps.
The CV-A1 provides output over a traditional analog coaxial connector but with a full progressive scan readout that supports higher resolution than standard interlaced output and avoids “comb effect” interlaced artifacts.
The CV-A1 features the Sony ICX205AL CCD with 4.65-micron square pixels and a smearless readout mode for low noise images with excellent contrast and dynamic range.
The CV-A1 includes three partial scanning settings that can increase frame rates up to 75 fps. Also included is support for 1x2, 2x1, and 2x2 binning for up to 4X normal sensitivity.

Tripod adapter for all JAI industrial M- and A-series cameras (except CV-M53x and CV-M436)
Only use the supplied M3 screws for mounting to camera body. Using longer screws can damage internal circuit boards. NOTE: For CV-A10GE and CV-M70GE use the MP-41 adapter plate.
CV-A1 analog progressive scan cameras can be used in a variety of machine vision applications.
Traditional coaxial cabling can cover large distances with good noise immunity to surrounding machinery.
Inspecting seals, tubing, syringes, and many other medical items can utilize the many features of the CV-A1.
CV-A1 cameras offer better resolution than traditional analog interlaced cameras for finer precision in metrology systems.
CV-A1 cameras are adaptable to many types of inspection systems for sorting components, checking bare boards, and analyzing component placement.
