Compact CMOS bilinear color line scan camera

The JAI Sweep SW-4005BL-CXP is a compact and reliable CMOS bilinear color line scan camera with 4K resolution (2 x 4096 pixels in RB-G lines). The camera features 3.5 μm x 3.5 μm pixels and a CoaXPress 2.0 interface operating at CXP-6 speed. With a maximum scan rate of 42 kHz, the camera can deliver a data throughput of up to 6.25 Gbps. It is ideal for applications such as battery inspection, recycling and waste sorting, logistics, warehousing, postal sorting, fruit and vegetable inspection or any type of flexible or rigid inspection.

Fast data transfer with CoaXPress 2.0 interface

Leveraging the CoaXPress 2.0 standard, the camera supports high-speed data transfer at CXP-6 speeds, ensuring efficient handling of large amounts of data. This is particularly beneficial for high-speed production lines and applications requiring low latency and precise timing.
