The SW-4000TL-10GE is a high speed trilinear line scan camera that delivers outstanding color line scan performance for applications that don't require the ultimate precision provided by the prism technology in JAI's Sweep+ Series. Featuring a maximum line rate of 66 kHz for 8-bit output, it is one of the fastest 3 x 4096 color line scan cameras on the market.
The SW-4000TL-SFP runs on 10 Gigabit Ethernet systems allowing super-fast data transmission of 3 x 4098 pixels at a maximum line rate of 66,000 lines/second (8-bit output).
Operating with an SFP+ interface and optical cabling makes it possible to transmit large data packages over 10 km long cables with extremely low latency (low data transmission delay), low noise and no data loss, as optical fiber lines are immune to disturbance from electromagnetic Interference.
The SW-4000TL-SFP is the only high-speed trilinear camera to offer support for both vertical and horizontal binning, as well as built-in color space conversions to HSI and CIEXYZ color gamuts.
4K line scan resolution (4096 pixels per line).
One of the fastest 4K trilinear line scan cameras - up to 66 kHz maximum line rate.
Supports vertical dual-line binning, 2x horizontal binning, or both.
Enhanced Small Form-factor Pluggable optical interface (SFP+) running on 10 Gigabit Ethernet network configuration.
Up to 10 km long optical cables (OM3, OM4 or OS2 type) with extremely low latency (low data transmission delay), low noise and no data loss.
Built-in color space conversion from RGB to HSI, CIE XYZ, sRGB, Adobe RGB, and custom RGB formats.
Flat-field, color shading, and chromatic aberration correction and-push automatic white balancing.
Supports direct connection to rotary encoders including automatic scan direction detection.
Sub-pixel spatial compensation and tilted view correction (keystone), to ensure high image fidelity.

A universal power supply that works with all JAI cameras equipped with a 12-pin Hirose power connector. Four versions are available:
PD-12UUP U.S. plug with 12-pin Hirose connector to camera
PD-12UEP European plug with 12-pin Hirose connector to camera
PD-12UU U.S. plug, flying leads (no 12-pin connector)
PD-12UE European plug, flying leads (no 12-pin connector)

This cable features flying leads on one end and a Hirose 12-pin connector on the other wired to match the pinout of JAI cameras with 12-pin connectors. The flying leads enable power to be supplied via two of the Hirose pins, while the remaining wires/pins can be utilized to access various I/O functions of JAI cameras (see individual camera datasheets/manuals for functions accessible through the Hirose connectors).
The cables can be used with JAI’s own “flying leads” power supplies, or with third-party or custom power supply systems.
The HR10A-10P-12S is a universal connector used for power and control signals for many JAI cameras. The connector is a female plug, with sockets, that mates to the connector on the back of the camera. It has soldering cups for easy assembly of custom cables.
The 10P-10M-AUX is 10-meter cable for JAI cameras equipped with a 10-pin Hirose “auxiliary” connector. The plug at one end of the cable connects to the 10-pin connector on the back of the JAI camera. Flying leads at the other end of the cable can be used to send/receive TTL signals to/from specific pins on the auxiliary connector. Not all I/O functions may be supported depending on the pinout of each camera model. Check the pinout carefully or consult with JAI before purchasing.
