The SP-12401C-PGE provides 12-megapixel color resolution at up to 9.3 fps over a standard GigE Vision interface. Featuring the Sony Pregius IMX304 CMOS imager, it delivers outstanding low-noise image quality suitable for a wide range of high resolution machine vision applications.
The SP-12401C-PGE features Sony’s advanced 3.45 µm pixel technology, enabling its 12.37-megapixel resolution to fit in a compact 1.1” optical format for more lens options and a smaller, lighter form factor.
Also available in a model with monochrome output, the SP-12401-PGE cameras feature a dark noise rating of less than 2.5 electrons for outstanding image quality even under low light conditions.
The SP-12401-PGE includes several color imaging features usually found only on more expensive prism cameras. These include multiple color space conversions, built-in 5x5 de-Bayering capability, and a 6-way color enhancement function.
12-megapixel resolution at 9.3 fps via standard GigE Vision interface.
Compact 1.1” CMOS imager with global shutter.
8/10/12-bit Raw Bayer color output, or 24/32-bit RGB via built-in 5x5 de-Bayering algorithm.
3.45 µm square pixels provide low noise with excellent sensitivity.
Color space conversion to HSI, CIE XYZ, sRGB, Adobe RGB, or user defined RGB format.
Color enhancement function to add emphasis to important color values.
Automatic Level Control (ALC) for dynamic lighting conditions.
Burst mode for capturing short sets of images at nearly 3X the camera’s frame rate.

Tripod adapter features mounting holes to fit spacing on second generation Spark Series housings (e.g., SP-12401). Standard 1/4-20 attachment to tripods. Includes M3 screws (Depth 3). Only use the supplied screws or other screws having the proper length. Using longer screws can damage internal circuit boards.

The HR10A-10P-12S is a universal connector used for power and control signals for many JAI cameras. The connector is a female plug, with sockets, that mates to the connector on the back of the camera. It has soldering cups for easy assembly of custom cables.
This cable features flying leads on one end and a Hirose 12-pin connector on the other wired to match the pinout of JAI cameras with 12-pin connectors. The flying leads enable power to be supplied via two of the Hirose pins, while the remaining wires/pins can be utilized to access various I/O functions of JAI cameras (see individual camera datasheets/manuals for functions accessible through the Hirose connectors).
The cables can be used with JAI’s own “flying leads” power supplies, or with third-party or custom power supply systems.
The 10P-10M-AUX is 10-meter cable for JAI cameras equipped with a 10-pin Hirose “auxiliary” connector. The plug at one end of the cable connects to the 10-pin connector on the back of the JAI camera. Flying leads at the other end of the cable can be used to send/receive TTL signals to/from specific pins on the auxiliary connector. Not all I/O functions may be supported depending on the pinout of each camera model. Check the pinout carefully or consult with JAI before purchasing.

Spark Series cameras are the perfect starting point for a wide range of machine vision, entertainment, and mapping applications.
Verification of circuit layouts and coatings, ball grid array inspection, component positioning, solder paste quality, dimensional accuracy, pick & place applications, and more.
Cameras mounted on aircraft, satellites, or ground vehicles capture images to help create maps, analyze terrain, or build street views.
Large fields-of-view with high levels of detail are needed to scan shelves for products and their associated identification codes.
Many types of industrial parts must be carefully measured to ensure conformance to system requirements. High resolution images enable higher precision on critical measurements.
Die Hochgeschwindigkeitskameras der Spark-Serie ermöglichen eine detaillierte Inspektion von Tabletten, Verpackungen und anderen pharmazeutischen Produkten bei gleichzeitig maximalem Durchsatz.
High speed, high resolution systems identify surface imperfections finer than a grain of salt in final vehicle assembly, to cue operators where to polish and buff out imperfections.
