The GOX-5105M-5GE is a small, attractively-priced industrial area scan camera offering a blend of features, image quality, and industrial grade reliability perfect for the next generation of machine vision systems. The camera features a state-of-the-art Sony Pregius S sensor with backside illumination (BSI) technology, and a 5GBASE-T GigE Vision interface providing 5.1-megapixel monochrome images at up to 103 fps. The interface automatically adjusts to 2.5GBASE-T or 1000BASE-T speeds depending on the performance capabilities of the network.
Go-X Series cameras are built using JAI's proven manufacturing process that has delivered field failure rates of less than two cameras per thousand over the last five years. They're designed to withstand the shock, vibration, and thermal demands of typical industrial environments so they can keep critical inspection systems running 24/7/365.
Special dust prevention measures include cleanroom assembly, internal seals around the sensor compartment, and a pre-screening process to ensure every camera shipped delivers the best possible image quality via a clean, dust-free optical path.
The GOX-5105M-5GE features small but highly sensitive 2.74-micron pixels to pack more resolution into less silicon, so you get more megapixels for your money. The backside-illumination (BSI) pixel technology delivers low noise and high light sensitivity, matching the image quality of sensors with much larger pixels.
5.1-megapixel camera with 2.74-micron pixels and 1/1.8” optical format.
Backside-illuminated Sony Pregius S IMX547 CMOS image sensor with monochrome output.
High performance GigE Vision 2.0 interface can automatically negotiate between 5GBASE-T, 2.5GBASE-T, and 1000BASE-T speeds as needed.
Can be powered over the interface (PoE) or from an external power supply via 6-pin Hirose connector.
Small and lightweight to mount easily on robotic arms, UAVs, and any other machine vision systems where motion or portability are vital.
Mounting holes with 21 mm or 20 mm spacing to fit most existing installations with no re-tooling required.
Industrial grade performance with ratings of 80G shock, 10G vibration, plus excellent thermal dissipation.
Full six-year warranty.
Includes new "Xscale" function supporting virtual, sub-pixel rescaling of output for greater binning flexibility or when matching the resolution and FOV of cameras in existing systems.

The HS-02 Heat Sink Set is designed to be used with Go Series or Go-X Series cameras equipped with 5GE interfaces.
The operation of these cameras at higher frame rates results in high heat generation, especially when the PoE function is used.
The HS-02 Heat Sink Set helps to dissipate excess heat so that 5GE models can be operated without limitations on LAN cable length or frame rate.
Please refer to the camera's user manual for installation instructions and important safety information regarding the use of the HS-02 Heat Sink Set.

The PD-6U power supply can be used to power most Go Series and Go-X Series cameras as an alternative to powering over the data interface. The power supply is RoHS compliant and conforms to key EMI and EMS standards. It is available in two versions:
With 6-pin Hirose connector to camera With flying leads that can be wired to the power lines on a separate I/O cable (see 6P-02S for an example of such a cable)
Both models feature U.S. style wall plugs. The power supply converts 50 Hz to 60 Hz AC input to 12V DC (1.3A) output.

Tripod adapter features mounting holes with 21 mm spacing to fit the holes on the bottom of Go-X Series models with Pregius S sensors. Can also be used with top mounting holes on Go-X Series models equipped with Pregius Gen 2 sensors. (Note: to use top holes on Pregius S cameras, use MP-43 plus vertical image flip function.)
Standard 1/4-20 attachment to tripods. Includes M3 screws (Depth 5). Only use the supplied screws or other screws having the proper length. Using longer screws can damage internal circuit boards.

Tripod adapter features mounting holes with 20 mm spacing to fit bottom mounting holes on Go Series and Go-X Series housings. (Note: can be used with top mounting holes on Go-X Series models with Pregius S sensors.)
The 6P-02S-GOX cable features flying leads on one end and a Hirose 6-pin connector on the other wired to match the pin-out of JAI Go-X Series cameras with 6-pin connectors. The flying leads enable power to be supplied via two of the Hirose pins, while the remaining wires/pins can be utilized to access various I/O functions of JAI cameras (see individual camera datasheets/ manuals for functions accessible through the Hirose connectors).
The cables can be used with JAI’s own “flying leads” power supplies, or with third-party or custom power supply systems.
