JAI Covid-19 response

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been facing unusual circumstances for the past months and may be realizing that the coronavirus situation has changed the world permanently. We have all been affected and have had to adjust ourselves to a new reality.

At JAI we would like to reach out and give you an update on how we are dealing with the ongoing pandemic.  
We see restrictions being lifted, but then again tightened. This is a global tendency. Even though we are approaching a new normality, we still take every necessary precaution at JAI, since one of our main focus areas is the health of our employees, partners and customers.

JAI continues to follow recommendations from governments around the world; wearing face masks, practicing proper hygiene habits, restricting all travel and limiting physical contact between people. 

All JAI employees are well, and those who are not urgently required to be present at our office locations, continue their work tasks from home with full on-line access to our data systems – but otherwise, it is business as usual. To help our customers to carry on with their projects, we have also taken numerous actions to be able to continue with our day-to-day operations, enabling JAI to keep on providing a high level of service to our customers.

Manufacturing and deliveries:
Our current analysis of JAI product deliveries indicate that our component providers have a low risk of being affected by the coronavirus situation. Therefore, our manufacturing facility in Japan continues to operate as usual with no major change to deliverables.

Meet us on-line:
Since physical meetings are severely restricted at the moment, JAI's employees are available online via video meetings, e-mails and mobile phones. If you need a status on current projects, consultation about new projects, or any other meeting with us, please get in touch, and we will arrange for an on-line session.

Technical support around the clock:
JAI's worldwide support team monitors questions around the clock and is ready to give you a helping hand. The response time will remain the same as before in most cases. To report a problem or get help with a JAI camera, please open a support ticket at:
